Contact form: name, email address, company/organisation (optional), engagement type, and your message — submitted voluntarily when you contact us.
Cookie consent: your accept/reject choice, a random consent ID, a timestamp, the page path, a salted hash of your IP address (never the raw address), and your browser's user-agent string — recorded so we can demonstrate consent was obtained, as GDPR requires.
Optional analytics: only loaded in your browser if you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner. If disabled or rejected, no analytics script runs at all.
Contact-form data: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) — to respond to your enquiry. Cookie-consent records: legal obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(c), Art. 7(1) GDPR). Optional analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by clearing your cookies and rejecting on your next visit.
Cookie-consent log entries are kept for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and are not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.
Under GDPR (and equivalent regimes) you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, request portability of data you provided us, and withdraw consent at any time. Email ops@caltronxgen.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
